A. I'm a former smoker, but it is really bothering me what is going on. Smoking is still LEGAL, and yet smokers are treated like they are doing something criminal. There are things that can be done that could work for smokers and non smokers, but too many don't even want to talk about it. No compromise at all.. They don't like it, so they don't want anybody to do it. Problem with that is, until it affects one of THEIR freedoms, it is okay, and it will happen, eventually. So those who are cheering for what they see as a victory need to remember this when it is one of their freedoms that is threatened. I don't know how the motorcyclists got the mandatory helmets repealed, but it might be somewhere to look for ideas.
